Trelio — Milestone Authorization & Client Portal
My own product: a multi-tenant client portal and payment authorisation platform for studios and service firms. I founded it and I build it.
I built the authorisation-before-execution engine, milestone stage locks, the audit ledger and multi-tenant billing, so work never runs ahead of payment.
Apex Packaging — Industrial CPQ & Estimating Suite
Quoting software modelled on the exact floor specs of an industrial label converter. A reference build, not a client project.
I replaced multi-sheet spreadsheet chains with floor-accurate FINAT 1–8 unwind calculators, substrate costing and automated PDF job specs.
Lead Engine — the tool I use to find clients
My own tool · not deployedI built the thing I use to find my own work. It runs in three steps:
It finds local businesses through the official Google Places API. Live map scraping is switched off by default and has to be deliberately enabled.
It loads each one's website in a headless browser at phone size and desktop size, and records what is broken.
It scores what it found, so I know what a business actually needs before I ever make contact.

I'm Chanakya. I work on my own.
I build operational software from Warangal — quoting engines, approval workflows, internal tools, and the websites that sit around them. You talk to me, and I write the code.
Trelio is my own product — I'm the founder, I designed the data model and the payment flow, and I build it. In continuous development since March 2026.

How do you price projects?
Pricing is scoped directly to your workflow complexity and problem size. On the first 20-minute call, I look at how you work today and give you an honest assessment, then a fixed price before you commit.
Why custom software over off-the-shelf SaaS (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)?
Generic off-the-shelf software works fine for basic linear sales funnels, but breaks down when you have proprietary pricing logic, custom machine specs, or staged approval gates. I build systems that fit your rules exactly, with no per-seat subscription.
Who owns the code and data?
You own 100% of the code, database, and infrastructure. I hand over the complete repository, deployment scripts and credentials to your own accounts. You are never locked in.
What types of businesses do you build for?
Any of them. The work ranges from a one-page site for a local business to a quoting system for a factory floor. If you can describe the problem in a sentence, the first call will tell you whether I'm the right person to build it.
What do you need from me to start?
Twenty minutes, and whatever you already have — a sketch, a spreadsheet, a site you don't like, or just the problem said out loud. For a bigger system I'll also want time with whoever knows how the work actually flows today.
